3AAasAasAa-?-C-Ethynylguanosine is a guanosine analog. Some guanosine analogs have immunostimulatory activity. In some animal models, they also induce type I interferons, producing antiviral effects. Studies have shown that the functional activity of guanosine analogs is dependent on the activation of Toll-like receptor 7 TLR7 . 3AAasAasAa-?-C-Ethynylguanosine is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition CuAAc with molecules containing Azide groups.
