I31-Adaptin Antibody 100/3 is a mouse monoclonal IgG 2b Io provided at 200 Amug/ml raised against full length I31-Adaptin of bovine origin recommended for detection of I31-Adaptin 100 kDa in bovine liver, human heart fibroblasts and Madin-Darby bovine kidney cultured cells MDBK of bovine and human origin by WB, IP and ELISA; non cross-reactive with any components in the 110-115 kDa range from above mentioned sources, rat pheochromocytoma cultured cells PC12 , neuroblastoma or astrocytes, or with the I3-subunit in rat and mouse m-IgG 2b BP-HRP is the preferred secondary detection reagent for I31-Adaptin Antibody 100/3 for WB applications.
