4Cell XtraCHO is a chemically defined, protein-free, serum-free, and hydrolysate-free media. 4Cell XtraCHO Media are formulated to maximize the product titer of the Sartorius CHO-DG44 cell lines. It provides robust performance in production systems of small and large scale, e.g. flask, Ambr 15 | 250 and bioreactors. 4Cell XtraCHO Feed Medium A FMA and Feed Medium B FMB are the ideal companion feeds designed to be used together with 4Cell XtraCHO Production Medium. Combining those increases fed-batch productivity 3- to 5-fold compared to batch culture conditions.
