A1, GIRK1, & GIRK2A Stably Expressing HEK293 Cell Line

Description

This cell line stably expresses the G-protein gated potassium channel subunits GIRK1 and GIRK2A and the A1 adenosine receptor, in HEK293 T cells. Kir3.1 and Kir3.2A subunits were cloned into into a single bicistronic vector to express both subunits on a single plasmid.
