Description

The AAVpro Cell & Sup. Purification Kit Maxi All Serotypes is a four-prep kit, containing AAVpro Cell & Sup. Extraction/Concentration Pack Maxi All Serotypes Cat # 6677 and AAVpro Purification Pack Maxi All Serotypes Cat # 6678 , that can be used for purifying AAV particles of any serotype from AAV expressing cells and the cell supernatant without the need for ultracentrifugation. The purification provides higher yields of highly pure AAV particles that can be used directly for in vivo transduction or transduction of cultured cells. Cryonase Cold-Active Nuclease is included. This product allows for purification of four virus preps, each from a culture size of 5 x T225 flasks. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
