AAVpro Helper Free System (AAV2-LacZ)

Description

The AAVpro Hlper Free System AAV2-LacZ provides the plasmids necessary for preparing AAV2 particles to dliever thelacZreporter gene into mammalian cells. The three included plasmids can be transfected into HEK 293T cells to prepare high-titer virus without a helper virus. This kit includes AAV Extraction Solution for efficient virus isolation without requiring ultracentrifugation. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
