AAVpro packaging plasmids pRC and pHelper are sold separately in very large 1 mg quantities AAVpro Packaging Plasmid, Cat. Nos. 6234, 6664, 6665, and 6672 , which are convenient for large-scale production forin vivostudies. pRC plasmids carry the AAVRepandCapgenes. The pHelper plasmid contains adenovirus E2A, E4, and VA, genes required for efficient AAV production. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
