Acotiamide Methyl Etherd9 is the isotope labelled analog of Acotiamide Methyl Ether A190265 ; a metabolite of Acotiamide A190260, HCl which is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor which has been shown to stimulate gastric motility and improve gastric motility dysfunction in rats. Acotiamide Hydrochloride has also been shown to improve mealrelated symptoms of functional dyspepsia.
