Description
This product is manufactured by BioVision, an Abcam company and was previously called 9471 Sodium orthovanadate, Activated. 9471-5 is the same size as the 5 mL size of ab301822. Activated Sodium orthovanadate is a depolymerized vanadate prepared from Sodium orthovanadate that displays enhanced ability to inhibit endogenous phosphatases in a competitive manner. Preserves the phosphorylation state in cells and cell lysates. Completely reversible with EDTA or by dilution. A 100 mM solution in sterile distilled water with pH adjusted to 10.0.
