Advantage GC 2 PCR Kit

Description

This kit is designed for efficient and accurate amplification of GC-rich up to 90 % templates. It is based on the hot-start polymerase Advantage 2 polymerase mix. This kit contains individual tubes of Advantage-GC 2 Polymerase Mix, special GC-buffers, and dNTPs. Control reagents are also provided. Enough reagents are supplied for 100 reactions of 50 mul each.
