Advantage GC Genomic LA Polymerase Mix

Description

This hot-start PCR polymerase mix and special buffer are formulated to amplify DNA templates with high GC content or a significant amount of secondary structure. This combination allows synthesis of products up to 20 kb for complex templates, such as GC-rich genomic DNA, and up to 48 kb for less complex templates, such as lambda DNA. Sufficient polymerase mix and buffer are provided for 200 reactions of 25 mul each. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only.
