Description

A potent novel antineoplastic agent with high selectivity and cooperativity with tumor necrosis factorrelated apoptosisinducing ligand Apo2 ligand . It inhibits proliferation of mesothelioma cells by selective downregulation of fibroblast growth factor receptors. Furthermore, it has been shown to enhance the antitumor effect of dendritic cell vaccines.
