Description
It has been shown that neurons in constant exposure to nicotine will experience an up-regulation in nicotinic acetylcholine receptor nAChR expression. To generate this stable cell line nAChR was first transfected into the HEK293 cells then followed by the introduction of the rabbit polyclonal antibodies alpha3beta2 via the pBudCE4.1 vector. These stable cells were selected for in zeocin-containing complete media.
