?-Amanitin an ADC cytotoxin and isolated from the mushroom. ?-Amanitin inhibits RNA polymerase II and disrupts synthesis of mRNA. ?-Amanitin shows similar effects to ?-Amanitin and ?-Amanitin. ?-Amanitin competitively binds to monoclonal antibody mAb , with an IC50 of 163.1 ng/mL. ?-Amanitin is toxic to a variety of cells.
