Description
AMCPAC04 cells were derived from pancreatic tumor tissues from a 53 year old male. This cell line is very invasive spreading to the surrounding tissue and lymphovascular system. The AMCPAC04 have rapid proliferation and express similar levels of DPC4 as the original tumor. This cell line may be used for further investigation of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
