Apolipoprotein d (Apod) Stable Knock-Out B16F10 Cell Line

Description

This B16F10 murine melanoma cell line features a stable knock-out of the Apolipoprotein d Apod gene. Genotype was confirmed by PCR and mRNAseq. Apod is involved in lipid transport and has been associated with Alzheimers Disease AD , Parkinsons disease PD and stroke. Therefore, this cell line may serve as a useful for model for strudies investigating the pathology and treatment possibilities of such diseases.
