Aromatase-IN-4 Compound 6a is an aromatase Aromatase inhibitor. Aromatase-IN-4 exhibits anticancer activity, with GI50 values of 2.95 ?M, 3.35 ?M, 2.27 ?M, 8.46 nM, and 1.56 ?M against the MDAMB-231, MCF-7, A-549, NCI-H23, and A-498 cell lines, respectively. Aromatase-IN-4 effectively blocks aromatase-dependent estrogen production.
