ASAN-PaCa Cells are derived from tissue derived patient who underwent pancreatectomy. The cells were established to have chromosomal aberrations and exhibited high proliferation capacity. CK19 expression was observed indicating an epithelial phenotype. The cells may be used as a model of pancreatic cancer for further research in the field of pancreatic carcinogenesis. Disclaimer: Depositor has confirmed the cells may be cross-contamined with T3M-4 cells.
