Atigotatug FUT8-KO is an anti-fuc-GM1 monoclonal antibody expressed by CHO cells with the fucosyltransferase 8 gene FUT8 knocked out, and fucose deficiency enhances the ADCC effect of the antibody. Atigotatug HY-P990902 is a Fucosyl ganglioside GM1 fuc-GM1 -targeting IgG1? type humanized antibody. Atigotatug can induce immune-mediated tumor cell death, such as small cell lung cancer.
