Description
ATTO 430LS is a novel fluorescent label with an exceptionally large Stokes shift of 109 nm, resulting in emission that is spectrally almost completely separated from absorption. It is highly hydrophilic and exhibits excellent water solubility. The dye has a high fluorescence quantum yield, which is only slightly reduced upon conjugation to biomolecules, even at high degrees of labeling DOL . ATTO 430LS is an anionic dye; after coupling to a substrate, the dye carries a single negative charge. Fluorescence is efficiently excited in the 400 - 460 nm range.
