Description

Azido-PEG24-Tos is a PEG derivative that can be used for drug delivery and other research. Azido-PEG24-Tos is a click chemistry reagent. It contains an azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction CuAAc with molecules containing an alkyne group. It can also undergo ring strain driven alkyne-azide cycloaddition SPAAC with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
