Description

Baminercept BG 9924 is an anti-lymphotoxin ? receptor LT?R IgG fusion protein LT?R-Ig . Baminercept selectively binds to the LT?R ligand LT?/? heterotrimer and LIGHT, block the LT?R signaling pathway, and inhibits the expression of chemokines such as CXCL13. Baminercept also regulates peripheral blood B cell and T cell subsets, reduces the transcription of IFN-induced genes. Thereby, Baminercept inhibits the formation of high endothelial venules and reticular structures in lymphoid tissues, and affects immune cell migration. Baminercept can be used for the study of autoimmune diseases such as primary Sjogrens syndrome pSS and rheumatoid arthritis RA .
