Description
BcaBest DNA Polymerase ver 2.0 is a strand-displacing DNA polymerase that has been engineered for increased speed and sensitivity, making it ideal for LAMP, RT-LAMP, and other isothermal PCR applications.BcaBest DNA Polymerase ver.2.0 8 U/mul and 2XBcaBEST Buffer containing dNTPs are included. LAMP primers corresponding to a desired nucleic acid sequence are not included and must be provided by the user. Our products are to be used forResearch Use Only. They may not be used for any other purpose, including, but not limited to, use in humans, therapeutic or diagnostic use, or commercial use of any kind. Our products may not be transferred to third parties, resold, modified for resale, or used to manufacture commercial products or to provide a service to third parties without our prior written approval. Back Back Sensitivity and specificity ofBcaBEST DNA Polymerase ver.2.0 by real-time fluorescent detection.BcaBEST DNA Polymerase ver.2.0 was used in a LAMP assay to amplify thefecAgene from 10 pg blue or 100 pg green of JM109 genomic DNA, and reactions were monitored on a real-time PCR machine. UsingBcaBEST DNA Polymerase Ver.2.0 resulted in the amplification of both the 10 pg and 100 pg samples, while no amplification was seen in the no template control sample NTC; purple . Back Sensitivity ofBcaBEST DNA Polymerase ver.2.0 by colorimetric detection. Samples spiked with 0, 5, 500, 5,000, or 50,000 copies of the SARS-CoV-2 N RNA transcript were used in RT-LAMP reactions usingBcaBEST DNA Polymerase ver.2.0. Calcein top or hydroxynaphthol blue HBN; bottom were added to the reactions prior to amplification to allow for visualization of the RT-LAMP reaction product. For calcein, a color change from pink-orange to clear-yellow is indicative of detection, while a color change from indigo to light blue is indicative of detection for HNB. For both colorimetric methods, as little as 50 RNA copies were detected.
