The time to reach a constant fluorescence intensity was measured. For these samples, detection was generally achieved within 20 min. The 1/2 in the figure indicates that one of the n = 2 was not detected within 30 min. For the NTC no-template control , no amplification within 30 min was observed except for one NTC fororf-134.
