Flow cytometric analysis of CD5 expression on human peripheral lymphocytes. Whole blood was stained with either BD Horizon APC-R700 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 564974; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon APC-R700 Mouse Anti-Human CD5 antibody Cat. No. 565121/565122; solid line histogram . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact lymphocytes.
