Flow cytometric analysis of CD11b expression on mouse bone marrow cells. Mouse bone marrow cells were treated with BD PharmLyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 to lyse erythrocytes. The cells were washed and then stained with either BD Horizon APC-R700 Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 564984; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon APC-R700 Rat Anti-CD11b antibody Cat. No. 564985; solid line histogram . The fluorescence histogram showing CD11b expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable bone marrow cells. Flow cytometric analysis was performed using a BD LSR II Flow Cytometer System. Flow cytometric analysis of CD11b expression on mouse bone marrow cells.
