Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD11b expression on mouse bone-marrow cells. Mouse bone-marrow cells were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon BB515 Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 564421; dashed line histograms or BD Horizon BB515 Rat Anti-CD11b antibody Cat. No. 564454/564455; solid line histogram . The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of myeloid cells i.e., moderate-to-high side light-scatter-gated events .
