Description

Flow cytometric analysis of HER4 ErbB4 expression on Human T-47D cells. Cells from the Human T-47D Breast carcinoma ATCC HTB133 cell line were stained with either BD Horizon BB515 Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 564418; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BB515 Rat Anti-Human HER4 ErbB4 antibody Cat. No. 570977/571048; solid line histogram at 0.25 mug/test. DAPI 4,6-Diamidino-2-Phenylindole, Dihydrochloride Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing HER4 ErbB4 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable DAPI-negative cells.
