Flow cytometric analysis of CD138 expression on U266 cells. Cells from the human U266 Myeloma, ATCC TIB-196 cell line were stained with either BD Horizon BB700 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 566404; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BB700 Mouse Anti-Human CD138 antibody Cat. No. 568282; solid line histogram at 0.25 mug/test. BD Via-Probe Cell Viability 7-AAD Solution Cat. No. 555815/555816 was added to cells right before analysis. Flow cytometric fluorescence histograms showing CD138 expression or Ig Isotype control staining were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable cells.
