Flow cytometric analysis of CD4 expression on Rhesus macaque peripheral blood lymphocytes. Rhesus macaque whole blood was stained with either BD Horizon BB700 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 566404; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BB700 Mouse Anti-Human CD4 antibody Cat. No. 566479/566516; solid line histogram at 0.5 mug/test. The erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . The fluorescence histogram showing CD4 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact lymphocytes. Flow cytometry was performed using a BD FACSCelesta Flow Cytometer System. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
