Flow cytometric analysis of CD11b expression on mouse bone-marrow cells. BALB/c mouse bone-marrow cells were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon BB700 Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 566418; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BB700 Rat Anti-CD11b antibody Cat. No. 566416/566417; solid line histogram at 0.125 mug/ml. The fluorescence histogram showing CD11b expression or Ig Isotype control staining were derived from events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of myeloid cells ie, moderate-to-high side light-scatter-gated events .
