Description

Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of CD185 CXCR5 expression on mouse splenic leucocytes. Splenic leucocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with APC Rat Anti-Mouse CD45R/B220 antibody Cat. No. 553088/553087/561877 and either BD Horizon BB700 Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 566413; Left Plot or BD Horizon BB700 Rat Anti-Mouse CD185 CXCR5 antibody Cat. No. 566492/566493; Right Plot at 0.5 mug/test. BD Pharmingen DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The two-color flow cytometric dot plot showing the correlated expression of CD185 CXCR5 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD45R/B220 was derived from DAPI negative-gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable leucocytes. Flow cytometric analysis was performed using a BD LSRFortessa Cell Analyzer System. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
