Flow cytometric analysis of CD44 expression on mouse bone-marrow cells. BALB/c mouse bone-marrow cells were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon BB700 Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 566418; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BB700 Rat Anti-Mouse CD44 antibody Cat. No. 566506/566507; solid line histogram at 0.25 mug/ml. BD Pharmingen DAPI Solution Cat. No. 564907 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing CD44 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from DAPI negative-gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable bone marrow cells.
