Flow cytometric analysis of CD45 expression on mouse splenocytes. Mouse splenic leucocytes were preincubated with Purified Rat Anti-Mouse CD16/CD32 antibody Mouse BD Fc Block Cat. No. 553141/553142 . The cells were stained with either BD Horizon BB700 Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 566418; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BB700 Rat Anti-Mouse CD45 antibody Cat. No. 566439/566440; solid line histogram at 0.5 mug/ml. Cells were then stained with BD Via-Probe Red Nucleic Acid Stain Cat. No. 565803/565804 and analyzed. The fluorescence histogram showing CD45 fluorescence or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable splenic leucocytes that were Via Probe Red-negative.
