Flow cytometric analysis of CD103 expression on stimulated human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Phytohemagglutinin-stimulated 3 days peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with either BD Horizon BUV737 Mouse IgG1, k Isotype Control Cat. No. 612758; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BUV737 Mouse Anti-Human CD103 antibody Cat. No. 568350; solid line histogram at 0.125 mug/test. BD Via-Probe Cell Viability 7-AAD Solution Cat. No. 555815/555816 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing the expressed levels of CD103 or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable 7-AAD-negative activated lymphocytes.
