Flow cytometric analysis of CD137 expression on stimulated human peripheral blood lymphocytes. No. 612758; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BUV737 Mouse Anti-Human CD137 antibody Cat. No. 568348; solid line histogram at 0. 5 mug/test . BD Via-Probe Cell Viability 7-AAD Solution Cat. No. 555815/555816 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing the expressed levels of CD137 or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable 7-AAD-negative activated lymphocytes.
