Flow cytometric analysis of Human CD80 B7-1 expression on Raji cells. Cells from the Human Raji Burkitts B cell lymphoma, ATCC CCL-86 cell line were stained with either BD Horizon BUV737 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 612758; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BUV737 Mouse Anti-Human CD80 B7-1 antibody Cat. No. 568364; solid line histogram at 0.25 mug/test. BD Via-Probe Cell Viability 7-AAD Solution Cat. No. 555815/555816 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing CD80 B7-1 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable 7-AAD-negative cells.
