Two-color flow cytometric analysis of TCR gammadelta expression on Human peripheral blood T lymphocytes. Human whole blood was stained with PE Mouse Anti-Human CD3 antibody Cat. No. 561809 and with either BD Horizon BUV737 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat No. 612758; Left Plot or BD Horizon BUV737 Mouse Anti-Human TCR gammadelta antibody Cat No. 572163; Right Plot at 0.25 mug/test. Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . The bivariate pseudocolor density plot showing the correlated express of TCR gammadelta or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD3 was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact lymphocytes.
