Description

Flow cytometric analysis of CD69 expression on Stimulated Human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells PBMC were stimulated for 24 hours with Phytohemagglutinin PHA . The cells were then stained with either BD Horizon BUV805 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 612897; dashed line histogram or with BD Horizon BUV805 Mouse Anti-Human CD69 antibody Cat. No. 569163; solid line histogram at 0.5 mug/test. BD Via-Probe Cell Viability 7-AAD Solution Cat. No. 555815/555816 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing CD69 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable 7-AAD-negative activated lymphocytes. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
