Description
Multiparameter flow cytometric analysis of IL-3 Receptor alpha CD123 expression on Human peripheral blood leukocyte populations. Human whole blood was stained with PE Mouse Anti-Human CD45RO Cat. No. 555493/561889 and with either BD Horizon BUV805 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 612897; Left Plots or BD Horizon BUV805 Mouse Anti-Human IL-3 Receptor alpha CD123 antibody Cat. No. 569680; Right Plots at 0.5 mug/test. Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD FACSymphony A5 Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo Software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific. Top Plots - Bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of IL-3 Receptor alpha CD123 or Ig Isotype control staining versus side light-scatter SSC-A signals were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact leukocytes. Bottom Plots - Bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of IL-3 Receptor alpha CD123 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD45RO were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact lymphocytes.
