Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of CD183 CXCR3 expression on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. Spleen cells were stained with BD Pharmingen APC Rat Anti-Mouse CD62L Cat. No. 553152/561919 and with either BD Horizon BV421 Armenian Hamster IgG1 kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 562601; Left Panel or BD Horizon BV421 Armenian Hamster Anti-Mouse CD183 Cat. No. 562937; Right Panel . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . Two-color flow cytometric dot plots show the correlated expression patterns of CD183/CXCR3 or Ig isotype control staining versus CD62L for gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable splenocytes.
