Flow cytometric analysis of BAFF BLyS/CD257 expression on human U937 cells. Cells from the human U937 Histiocytic Lymphoma, ATCC CRL-1593.2 cell line were stained with BD Horizon BV421 Mouse IgG1, k Isotype Control Cat. No. 562438; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BV421 Mouse Anti- Human BAFF BLyS/CD257 antibody Cat. No. 568056/568057; solid line histogram at 2 mug/test. BD Via-Probe Cell Viability 7-AAD Solution Cat. No. 555815/555816 was added to cells right before analysis. The fluorescence histogram showing BAFF BLyS/CD257 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the light-scatter characteristics of viable 7-AAD-negative cells. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa X20 Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo software. Data shown on this Technical Data Sheet are not lot specific.
