Flow cytometric analysis of CD107a expression on Jurkat cells left panel . Jurkat cells were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and permeabilized with BD Perm/Wash Buffer Cat. No. 554723 and subsequently stained with either BD Horizon BV421 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 562438; dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BV421 Mouse Anti-Human CD107a antibody Cat. No. 562623; solid line histogram . The fluorescence histograms were derived from events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact Jurkat cells.
