Cells were then stained with either BD Horizon BV421 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat No. 562438, dashed line histogram or BD Horizon BV421 Mouse Anti-Human CD179b lambda5 antibody Cat No. 568402/568403; solid line histogram at 1 mug/test. The fluorescence histogram showing CD179b lambda5 expression or Ig Isotype control staining was derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
