Flow cytometric analysis of CD206 expression by GM-CSF-stimulated macrophages. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were cultured for 3 days with Recombinant Human GM-CSF Cat. No. 550068 . No. 564062; solid line histogram . The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable GM-CSF activated monocytes.
