Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of GPR56 expression on human peripheral blood lymphocyte populations. Whole blood was stained with APC Mouse Anti-Human CD56 Cat. No. 555518 and either BD Horizon BV421 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 562438; Left Plot or BD Horizon BV421 Mouse Anti-Human GPR56 Cat. No. 567625/567626; Right Plot . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD FACS Lysing Solution Cat. No. 349202 . Bivariate pseudocolor dot plots showing either GPR56 or Ig isotype control staining versus CD56 were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact lymphocytes. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo software.
