Multicolor flow cytometric analysis of IgD expression on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Human whole blood was stained with the BD Horizon BV421 Mouse Anti-Human IgD antibody Cat. No. 562518/565940; solid line histogram and APC Mouse Anti-Human CD19 antibody Cat. No. 555415/561742 . The erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The two color flow cytometric dot plots show the correlated expression of IgD versus CD19 for gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Quadrant markers were placed based upon the corresponding fluorescent immunoglobulin isotype controls data not shown . Flow cytometry was performed using a BD FACSCanto II Flow Cytometer System.
