No. 554617 at 20 ng IFN-gamma/ml for 2h; 37C and then lipopolysaccharide LPS 1 mug LPS/ml for 24 h; 37C was added with Protein Transport Inhibitor BD GolgiStop Cat. No. 554724 . Cells were fixed with BD Cytofix Fixation Buffer Cat. No. 554655 and then washed and permeabilized with BD Perm/Wash Buffer Cat. No. 554723 . The cells were stained in BD Perm/Wash Buffer with either BD Horizon BV421 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 562438; Left Plot or BD Horizon BV421 Mouse Anti-Human IL-1ra antibody Cat.
