Description
Multiparameter flow cytometric analysis of PD-1 CD279 expression on Human peripheral blood leukocytes. Human whole blood was stained with BD Horizon APC-R700 Mouse Anti-Human CD3 antibody Cat No. 565119/565120 and with either BD Horizon BV421 Mouse IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat No. 569394; Left Plots or BD Horizon BV421 Mouse Anti-Human PD-1 CD279 antibody Cat No. 569465/569466; Right Plots . Erythrocytes were lysed with BD Pharm Lyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo software. Top Plots: Bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing correlated expression of PD-1 CD279 or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD3 were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact lymphocytes. Bottom Plots: Bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing correlated expression of PD-1 CD279 or Ig Isotype control staining versus side light-scatter SSC-A signals were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable leukocyte populations.
