Multiparameter flow cytometric analysis of CD159a NKG2A expression on Human peripheral blood leukocytes. Human whole blood was stained with Alexa Fluor 647 Mouse Anti-Human CD56 Cat. No. 563443 , BD Horizon BUV395 Mouse Anti-Human CD3 antibody Cat. No. 563546 and with either BD Horizon BV421 Rat IgG1, kappa Isotype Control Cat. No. 562868; Left Plots or BD Horizon BV421 Rat Anti-Human CD159a NKG2A antibody Cat. No. 572801/572802; Right Plots . Erythrocytes were then lysed with BD PharmLyse Lysing Buffer Cat. No. 555899 . The bivariate pseudocolor density plots showing the correlated expression of CD159a NKG2A or Ig Isotype control staining versus CD56 Top Plots or CD3 Bottom Plots were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable lymphocytes. Flow cytometry and data analysis were performed using a BD LSRFortessa X-20 Cell Analyzer System and FlowJo Software.
